Staff & Clients would work in teams of 2, rotating throughout the day.
Approximately 8-9 challenges to solve throughout the day.

This workshop focuses on:

  • Team building- Create a productive team by smashing down the boundaries that often build up in the everyday work space. We focus on getting people who may not necessarily work together on an everyday basis achieving results together and getting a greater understanding of each other’s strengths and weaknesses in a fun way.
  • Problem solving- Promote strategic thinking and problem solving in a fun yet challenging environment. Allow your participants to get comfortable with working through problems as a team. The more they can develop their problem solving skills and the understanding around good problem solving as a team the better the results in the future for them as individuals and the organisation as a whole.
  • Collaboration- Smash away the silo mentality and start seeing the value in working collaboratively. It has now been proven that truly 1 + 1 equals far more than 2. Teams that adopt a collaborative mentality get increased results faster and these challenges are designed to blow this realisation and understanding out of the water, whilst maintaining an element of fun along the way.
  • Building Relationships – Shared experiences that get people talking, thinking and working together…quickly. Breaking the ice can often be the hardest thing to do when meeting new people or working within a new team. These workshops have been aimed to accelerate through the awkward phase of getting people comfortable in their new environment and therefore ensuring an increased participation rate and greater outcomes achieved.
  • CommunicationEffective and efficient cross team communication is enhanced whilst problem solving together.
